Kerjasama ini merupakan langkah strategis bagi kedua belah pihak untuk memperkuat keterkaitan antara dunia pendidikan dan dunia industri, serta memberikan kesempatan berharga bagi siswa untuk mendapatkan pengalaman kerja nyata.<\/p>\n<p>CV Pro Competent, sebagai lembaga yang terkemuka dalam bidang pelatihan teknologi dan desain, menyediakan lingkungan yang ideal bagi siswa SMK Negeri 1 Batang untuk mendapatkan pengalaman kerja yang bermutu. Para siswa ditempatkan dalam berbagai divisi yang sesuai dengan minat dan jurusan mereka, mulai dari desain grafis hingga pengembangan web. Hal ini memungkinkan mereka untuk memperdalam pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang telah dipelajari di sekolah.<\/p>\n<p>Selama masa pemagangan, siswa diberikan tanggung jawab dan proyek-proyek nyata yang relevan dengan bidang studi mereka. Mereka tidak hanya berperan sebagai pengamat, tetapi juga aktif terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan operasional dan proyek-proyek strategis di CV Pro Competent. Hal ini memberikan kesempatan berharga bagi siswa untuk mengaplikasikan teori yang telah mereka pelajari di sekolah ke dalam praktik kerja sehari-hari.<\/p>\n<p>Selain pengalaman teknis, siswa juga didorong untuk mengembangkan soft skills yang sangat berharga dalam dunia kerja. Di bawah bimbingan para profesional di CV Pro Competent, mereka belajar tentang keterampilan komunikasi, kerja tim, dan problem-solving. Ini memberikan pondasi yang kuat bagi siswa untuk berkembang tidak hanya sebagai teknisi atau desainer yang terampil, tetapi juga sebagai individu yang adaptif dan berkolaborasi.<\/p>\n<p>Kerjasama antara CV Pro Competent dan SMK Negeri 1 Batang ini memberikan manfaat yang saling menguntungkan bagi kedua belah pihak. CV Pro Competent mendapatkan akses ke talenta muda yang berpotensi, sementara SMK Negeri 1 Batang memperluas jaringan industri mereka dan memperkaya pengalaman pendidikan siswa.
