Seminar ini mengusung tema &#8220;Membangun Generasi Muda yang Siap Berwirausaha&#8221; dan dihadiri oleh siswa \u2013 siswi SMK El Husna.<\/p>\n<p>Seminar ini dibawakan oleh Muhammad Alfansyah, instruktur dari Pro Competent yang juga seorang wirausahawan sukses. Dalam paparannya, Alfansyah menekankan pentingnya generasi muda untuk memiliki mentalitas wirausaha sejak dini. Ia menjelaskan bahwa di era digital seperti sekarang, kesempatan untuk memulai bisnis sangat terbuka lebar, bahkan bagi mereka yang masih duduk di bangku sekolah.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Saat ini, dengan perkembangan teknologi, tidak ada alasan untuk tidak mencoba berwirausaha. Yang dibutuhkan adalah keberanian untuk memulai, kreativitas dalam menciptakan produk atau jasa, serta ketekunan dalam menjalankannya,&#8221; ujar Alfansyah. Beliau juga memberikan contoh-contoh wirausahawan muda yang berhasil mengembangkan bisnis mereka melalui platform digital, sebagai inspirasi bagi para peserta seminar.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak hanya sekadar teori, Alfansyah juga membagikan tips praktis tentang bagaimana memulai usaha dengan modal kecil. Ia memaparkan langkah-langkah sederhana yang dapat diambil siswa untuk mengembangkan ide bisnis, mulai dari riset pasar hingga strategi pemasaran menggunakan media sosial. Para siswa tampak antusias, terlihat dari banyaknya pertanyaan yang diajukan pada sesi tanya jawab.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu, seminar ini juga memberikan wawasan mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan dalam menjalankan usaha. Alfansyah menekankan bahwa pemahaman yang baik tentang keuangan adalah kunci keberhasilan dalam bisnis. &#8220;Jangan pernah meremehkan pengelolaan keuangan. Ini adalah salah satu aspek terpenting yang seringkali diabaikan oleh para pengusaha pemula,&#8221; tambahnya.<\/p>\n<p>Bapak Ryan Apriyanto, sebagai pimpinan Pro Competent, dalam sambutannya mengungkapkan harapannya bahwa seminar ini dapat menjadi motivasi bagi siswa-siswi SMK El Husna Kandeman untuk berani bermimpi besar dan memulai usaha mereka sendiri. &#8220;Kami ingin membentuk generasi muda yang tidak hanya siap bekerja, tetapi juga siap menciptakan lapangan kerja. Itulah tujuan utama dari seminar ini,&#8221; ujar Ryan Apriyanto.<\/p>\n<p>Seminar ini diakhiri dengan pesan inspiratif dari Muhammad Alfansyah yang menekankan bahwa keberhasilan dalam berwirausaha membutuhkan keberanian, inovasi, dan ketekunan.
