Kunjungan ini bertujuan untuk menyelaraskan kebutuhan tenaga kerja dengan keterampilan yang dibutuhkan di pasar kerja saat ini.<\/p>\n<p>Dalam agenda kunjungan tersebut, tim dari Dinas Ketenagakerjaan UPTD BLK Kabupaten Batang ditemui oleh Direktur Pro Competent, Riyan Apriyanto. Pertemuan ini menjadi kesempatan untuk berdialog dan mendapatkan masukan langsung mengenai perkembangan kebutuhan industri dan keterampilan yang diperlukan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan di Kabupaten Batang.<\/p>\n<p>Riyan Apriyanto, Direktur Pro Competent, menyambut baik inisiatif dari Dinas Ketenagakerjaan UPTD BLK, dan mengungkapkan, &#8220;Penting bagi kami untuk menjalin kerja sama yang erat dengan lembaga pelatihan seperti BLK. Dengan adanya komunikasi yang efektif, kita bisa memastikan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan relevan dengan kebutuhan industri dan dapat mencetak tenaga kerja yang siap pakai.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kunjungan ini melibatkan diskusi mendalam tentang tren keterampilan terbaru, tantangan yang dihadapi dalam perekrutan tenaga kerja, serta peluang yang ada di berbagai sektor industri di Kabupaten Batang. Tim dari Dinas Ketenagakerjaan UPTD BLK juga melakukan survei untuk mengumpulkan data dan umpan balik yang akan digunakan untuk memperbarui kurikulum pelatihan mereka.<\/p>\n<p>UPTD BLK Kabupaten Batang, dalam hal ini diwakili ole Bapak Kisron mengatakan, &#8220;Tujuan utama dari kunjungan ini adalah untuk memastikan bahwa program pelatihan yang kami tawarkan benar-benar sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia industri. Dengan dukungan dan masukan dari pihak-pihak seperti Pro Competent, kami dapat mengoptimalkan program pelatihan kami dan mempersiapkan tenaga kerja yang lebih kompeten dan adaptif.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Kunjungan ini diharapkan dapat memperkuat hubungan antara dunia pendidikan dan industri, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelatihan yang disediakan oleh BLK Kabupaten Batang.
